At Designer Silk Clothes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your silk garment is not perfect, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold the silk item in its original tissue paper and protective packaging to prevent snagging or creasing during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the garment for authenticity and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
